Solution.


(A) Here point P(-1, 1) and T(-4, 4) lie in II quadrant.
(B) Here point Q(3, -4) and R(1, -1) lie in the IV quadrant.
(C) Here point S(-2, -3) lies in the III quadrant
(D) Here point P(-1, 1) and R(1, -1) both lie in different quadrants 
P lies in II quadrant and R lies in IV quadrant.   
Therefore option (B) is correct.
