In class A, the fraction of students passed with  $60 \%$ or above marks :

$=\ \frac{20}{25}\ =\ \frac{4}{5}$

And, in class B, the fraction is :

$=\ \frac{24}{30}\ =\ \frac{4}{5}$

Hence the required fraction is same in both the classes.
