Solution.

The given points     
P(-3,2), Q(-7,-3),R(6,-3),S(2,2)
are plotted as follows:

From the figure we can see that PS is parallel to QR. Distance between them is fixed, i.e., 5 units.
Also, PQ and RS are non-parallel.
Hence the obtained figure is a trapezium.
