  The distance covered in one hour by Roshan =  4 Km

\frac{ The \ distance \ covered \ by \ Ravi }{ The \ distance \ covered \ by\ Roshan}=\frac{6}{4}=\frac{3}{2}

So the required ratio is 3:2
