It is given that the area of a square park is the same as of a rectangular park and side of the square park is $60\; m$ and the length of the rectangular park is $90\; m$

Now, we know that

Area of square $= a^2$

Area of rectangle $=l \times b$

Area of square = Area of rectangle

$a^2=l \times b$

$\Rightarrow 90\times b = (60)^2$

$\Rightarrow b = \frac{3600}{90} = 40 \ m$

Therefore, breadth of the rectangle is 40 m
