The curved surface area of the cylinder = \small 88\hspace{1mm}cm^2

And, the height of the cylinder, h= 14\ cm

We know, Curved surface area of a right circular cylinder = 2\pi rh

 \\ \therefore 2\pi rh = 88 \\ \implies 2.\frac{22}{7}. r. (14) = 88 \\ \\ \implies r = 1

Therefore, the diameter of the cylinder = 1\ cm
