The given reaction is first order wrt A and zero order in wrt B. So, the rate of reaction can be expressed as;
$Rate = k[A][B]^{0}$
Rate = k[A]

from exp 1,
$2\times 10^{-2}=k(0.1)$
k = 0.2 per min.

from experiment 2nd,
$4\times 10^{-2}=0.2[A] \\$
[A] $0.2\ mol/L$

from experiment 3rd,
$rate =(0.2\ min^{-1})\times (0.4\ mol/L)$
$= 0.08\ mol\ L^{-1}\ min^{-1}$

from the experiment 4th,

$2\times 10^{-2}=0.2*[A]$
from here [A] = 0.1 mol/L
