R ( x) = 3 x^2 + 36 x + 5
\frac{dR}{dx} = \frac{d(3x^{2}+36x+5)}{dx} = 3\times2x+ 36 = 6(x+6)
at x = 15
\frac{dR}{dx} = 6(15+6) = 6\times21 = 126
Hence, marginal revenue when x = 15 is 126
Hence, the correct answer is D
