(e) $5.2:3.9::3:4$

$\frac{5.2}{3.9}=\frac{4}{3}.......(1)$

$\frac{3}{4}=\frac{3}{4}.......(2)$

As we can see (1) and (2) are not equal So, They are not in proportion.

(f)  $0.9:0.36::10:4$

$\frac{0.9}{0.36}=\frac{10}{4}.......(1)$

$\frac{10}{4}=\frac{10}{4}.......(2)$

As we can see (1) and (2) are equal So, They are in proportion.i.e.
