Solution: f(x)  exists, if       100x> 0 ...........(1)

100x eq 0 ...........(2)

\ 2log_10x+1/-x> 0Rightarrow 2log_10x+1< 0\ \Rightarrow log_10x< -1/2Rightarrow x< (10)^-1/2 .............. (3)

Thus , from Equation (1), (2),(3) , we have

\xin (0,10^-2)cup (10^-2,10^-1/2)
