$$ 12 $$ workers can complete a piece of work $$ =10 $$

$$frac13rd $$ of original numbers of workers

                                                         $$frac13 imes 12 = 4 $$ 

The number of workers reduced then more no days required

                                                                                        $$12 imes frac104 = 30 $$

then required days

                    $$ 30 - 10 = 20 $$ days

Hence, $$ = 20 $$ days more
