(a)     P=\frac{Z\times M}{a^{3}\times N_{A}}=\frac{2\times M}{(3\times 10^{-8})^{3}}\times 6.022\times 10^{23}

\rightarrow M=\frac{6.89\times (3\times 10^{-8})^{3}\times 6.022\times 10^{23}}{2}

            =56.019\simeq 56g

(b) (i) p-type semiconductor

    (ii) n-type semiconductor
