1 Since the cost price of 5 oranges=Rs 8
herefore the cost price of one orange=Rs frac85=Rs1.60

2 Sice the selling price of 2 oranges= Rs 5,
herefore the selling price of one orange=Rsfrac52=Rs2.50

3 As selling price is more than cost price,there is a profit
   Profit on selling one orange=S.P.-C.P.
   Rs2.50-Rs1.60=Rs0.90

4 Profit on selling all the oranges=Rs (0.90 imes300)=Rs 270
   Hence the total profit on selling the oranges=Rs 270
