(b)   is more reactive than  towards nucleophilic substitution reaction because the presence of NO_{2} group at para-position withdraws the electron from the benzene ring, thereby facilitating the attack of the nucleophile on

 

(c)  is a chiral molecule, therefore, it is optically active
