Starch is a mixture of two polysaccharides - amylose and amylopectin and is formed from alpha glucose.

Cellulose:

Cellulose is a linear polymer of  \beta - D- glucose in which C_1 of one glucose unit and  C_4 of next are linked by glycosidic linkages.
