compounds like alcohol, glucose, urea contain hydrogen atoms in their structure but only in their aqueous solution form conducts electricity. why?

Because acid solutions have ions and the moment of these ions in solutions helps for flow of electric current through the solution.Just like the positive ion present in HCl solution is H+.These ions become free to conduct electricity by flowing in the aqueous solution.
