(a) Polysaccharides are carbohydrates which yield many molecules of monosacchrides on hydrolysis.

Example- Starch, cellulose

(b) Denatured protein is the one which is subjected to physical change like change in temperature or chemical cahnge like change in pH, the hydrogen bonds are disturbed due to which globules unfold and helix get uncoiled and protein loses its biological activity.

(c) Essential amino acids are those which are not synthesized in our body and hence must be supplied in our diet from outside.
