Solution:  The  Equility left | a-b ight |=left | a ight |-left | b ight | hold true if and only if a and b have the same sign and

left | a ight |geq left | b ight | In our case the equility will hold true for  the value of x at which x^4-4geq x^2+2

Hence,x^2-2geq 1;left | x ight |geq sqrt3
