Solution: The Equality left | a+b

ight |+left | b 
ight | is vaild if and only if both summands have same sign,

ecause x^2+4x+9=(x+2)^2+5> 0 at any values of  x , the equality is satisfied at those values

of x at which2x-3geq 0 ,i.e xgeq 3/2
