Differences between a fish and frog are :

1. Fishes do not have legs. Instead, they only have fins and a tail whereas, frogs possess 2 hind legs and 2 front legs. 

2. Fishes have gills present throughout their lives where frogs only have gills during their tadpole stage. 

3. Fishes are aquatic organisms and only live in water whereas, frogs are amphibians that is they can live on both land and water.

4. Fishes breathe through gills whereas, frogs breathe through their lungs or skin.
