Excluding stoppages, the speed of a bus is 50 kmph and including stoppages, it is 45 kmph. For how many minutes does the bus stop per hour?

The speed of a bus is = 50 kmph

Average speed of a bus including stoppage = 45 kmph

So, it is travelling 5 km less in one hour 

Time of stoppage = 5/50 hour

                             = 60/10 minutes 

                            = 6 minutes
