Explain the working process of induction stove

Answers (1)

An induction stove consists of an electromagnetic coil beneath the ceramic plate of the induction cooker. When an alternating current is passed through the coil a fluctuating magnetic field id produced. Due to this fluctuating magnetic field, an eddy current is induced in the cast iron or stainless steel pot placed on the induction stove. This, in turn, helps to heat the pot.
