Solution:   we have ,

                   veca cdot vecb=sqrt3,left | veca ight |=2 and  left | vecb ight |=1

            Let   heta   be the angle  between  veca  and  vecb. Then ,

          Rightarrow           cos heta=fracveca cdot vecbleft | veca ight |left | vecb ight |=fracsqrt32

        Rightarrow                 heta=fracpi6.
