\\TSA=\pi r^2+2\pi r h+\pi rl\\=\pi r^2+2\pi r h+\pi r(r^2+h^2)\ \\=\pi(0.7^2+2\times0.7\times2.4+0.7(0.7^2+2.4^2)=17.6cm^2
