\\$ Volume of a right circular cylinder = $\pi r^{2} h$ \\ Volume of a right circular cone $=$ $\frac{1}{3}\pi r^{2} h$

$ r = 6 cm , h = 14 cm

\\$Volume of remaining solid $ =\pi r^{2} h-\frac{1}{3} \pi r^{2} h\\ = \frac{2}{3} \times \pi r^{2} h \\ =\frac{2}{3} \times \frac{22}{7} \times 6^2 \times 14 \\ =22 \times 48$ \\= $1056 \ \mathrm{cm}^{3}$
