You need to first find the IP address of the website and then you can find the location of the website by knowing from where the signals are coming from.

Use command tracert and then type the website name to find the IP of the website. E.g. tracert www.abc.com

Once you have got the IP address of the website, you can use any IP tracking website to track the location of the signals of the website.  E.g. https://www.opentracker.net/feature/ip-tracker/
