How do plants and animals help each other through pollination?

The pollen grain of flowers is immotile and hence they cannot travel on their own to the stigma of other flowers. Hence plants are developed in a manner to attract other animals such as birds, insects, etc. so that they come to the flower for food and stick the pollen grains to their body. When they visit other flowers that are female, they transfer the pollen grains to them. This is how they help each other.
