How does mitosis takes place in plant cell as it does not contain centrosomes?

Even though the plant cells do not contain centrosomes they have microtubule-organizing centre where microtubules emerge and organise the mitotic spindle apparatus that separates the chromosomes at the time of cell division and act like centrosomes.
