Concept of fundamental rights have been taken from the constitution of America. In Indian constitution, fundamental rights are given in Part lll of constitution under the article 12 to article 35. There are 6 types of fundamental rights are given-
1- Right to Equality ( article 14- 18)
2- Right to Freedom (article 19- 22)
3- Right against Exploitation (article 23 - 24)
4- Right to freedom of Religion ( article 25- 28)
5- Cultural and Educational Right ( article 29- 30)
6- Right to Constitutional Remedies ( article 32)
By 44th constitutional amendment 1978, Right to property was removed from fundamental rights.
