The first number divisible by 3 = 3.

Last Number in Two digit divisible = 99

It is forming an AP.

3,6,9,---,99

where a=3

d=3

l=99

l=a+(n-1)d

99=3+(n-1)3

99=3+3n-3

99=3n

n=33

So total No. of 2 digit divisible by 3 = 33.
