There are very few requirements to create an HTML file : 

  1. Notepad 
  2. Knowledge of HTML Code
  3. Browser 

Steps to create an HTML file are as follows: 

  1. Open Notepad 
  2. Write HTML Code of your desire. 
  3. Save the file with .html extension (no spaces or special character)
  4. Open the file with the browser.
