Assume two angles are x and y.

Given: Cmplimentary angles)

     x+y = 90  ...(i)

ATQ   y= 4x + 20...(ii)

Put value of y in equation (i) 

x+ 4x + 20° = 90°

5x +20 = 90°

5x =( 90–20)°

5x = 70°

x = 70/5

x= 14°

y = 4x + 20

y = 4.14 + 20

y = 56 + 20

y = 76°

Hence two angles are 14° ,76°.
