Area of Semicircular region is equal half the area of circular region

A=1/2 x 22/7 x r^2

77=1/2 x 22/7 x r^2

77 x 7= 11 x r^2

7 x 7=r x r

r= 7 cm 

 

Perimeter of semicircular region = half the perimeter of circle + diameter of the circle

Perimeter of semicircular region = 1/2 x (2 x 22/7 x r) +2r

Perimeter of semicircular region = 11/7 x 7 + 2 x 7 = 11+14=25
