There are 2 ways you can resize your C drive by taking some storage out of your other devices: 

  1. Using Disk management from Windows, You should only use it when you don't have important data saved in the drive you are taking the storage from. 
  2. Using External software (E.g.AOMEI Partition Assistant Standard), you can use this for taking some storage from other drive even though you have important data in that drive.
