Right to constitutional remedies are provided under the article 32 of constitution of India.Bhimrao Ambedkar said article 32 is the soul of constitution. Merits of right to constitutional remedies are following- 

1- If someone is being exploited for their fundamental rights then they can file the petition directly in Supreme court under article 32.

2- One can file the petition directly in High Court under article 226.

3- There are five types of writs under article 32 issued by Supreme Court-

a)- Habeas Corpus 

b)- Mandamus

c)- Prohibition 

d)- Certiorari 

d)- Quo Warranto
