Let  my age is x years

My grandson age in months is same as my agebut  in years. Since there are 12 months in a year,  grandson age in years is (x/12).

My son age in weeks is same as my grandsons age in days. Since there are 7 days in a week, my son age is 7(x/12).

The sum of their ages is 120 years:

x+fracx12+frac7x12=120
Rightarrow frac12x+x+7x12=120
Rightarrow 20x=1440

Rightarrow x=72
So, my age is 72 years
