Let H1 be the heat produced when connected in series and  H2 be the heat produced when connected in parallel

\frac{H_1}{H_2}=\frac{I_1^2R_s}{I_2^2R_p}

\large \\I_1=\frac{\frac{V^2}{n^2R^2}\times nR}{\frac{V^2}{\frac{R^2}{n^2}}\times\frac{R}{n}}=\frac{1}{n^2}
