Macrophages
When the virus enters the human body the virus genome infects macrophages where its RNA genome replicates, to form a viral DNA, and with the help of the enzyme the reverse transcriptase, this viral DNA gets consolidated into host cell’s DNA and then it directs the infected cells to produce virus particles.
