r_n\propto n^2..................(2)

from (1) and (2)

\lambda\propto n..................(2)

for second exited state n=3 and for third exited state n=4

Therefore the ratio of the de-Broglie wavelengths associated with the electron orbiting in the second and third excited states of the hydrogen atom is  3/4
