            3x + 4y = 10
            2x – 2y = 2

Answers (1)

Given equations are

            \\3x + 4y = 10\quad - (i)\\ 2x - 2y = 2]\times 2\\ 4x - 4y = 4\quad -(ii)

Add equation (i) and (ii), we get

            7x = 14 \Rightarrow x = 2

Put value of x in eq (i) we get,

            y = 1
