Procedure

Step 1) Draw LU=4.5 cm

Step 2) Drawangle LUD=90 degree by using compass, make first arc than second arc after that draw a bisector of first and second arc you will get angle ULO=90 degree

Step 3) Draw angle ULO=90 degree

Step 4) Draw an arc with U as centre and radius 4.5 cm in compass draw the arc which cuts ray D

Step 5)Draw an arc with L as centre and radius 4.5 cm in compass draw the arc which cuts ray O
