Solution: One Diagonal is 16 and another 12 then half of both is 8 and 6 . Diagonal of rhombus bisect at \90^circ

   By pythogaurus theorem

\Rightarrow 8^2+6^2=h^2\ \Rightarrow 64+36=h^2 \ \Rightarrow h=10 cm
