As we know a quadratic equation can be expressed as x² - (a+b)x + ab where 'a' and 'b' are the roots of the quadratic equation.

                                         =>  x² - (2+3)x +2×3

                                         =>x² - 5 x + 6

The polynomial is x² - 5 x + 6.
