Solution:   Sum of two sides   >    The third side

                    (a^2+2a)+(2a+3)> a^2+3a+8Rightarrow a> 5     ........(1)

                 (2a+3)+(a^2+3a+8)> a^2+2aRightarrow a> -frac113    ......(2)

          Rightarrow      (a^2+3a+8)+(a^2+2a)> 2a+3

         Rightarrow       2a^2+3a+5> 0  to all  a     herefore      From (1),(2)   a> 5.
