Solution:    We have ,

                2x+3y+4=0     .......(1)

               3x+4y+6=0      .......(2)

    and     4x+5y-k=0     ........(3)

    From (1) and (2)  , we get

 Rightarrow         x=-2 ,  y=0

Putting the value of x and y in  equation (3) we get

Rightarrow        4(-2)+5(0)-k=0  Rightarrow k=-8
