Dear Diary,

1st June 2021

These Past Days were Traumatic. Whole of India was in Lockdown because of the Pandemic, so I’m Forced to stay at home, against my will until the Unlock. I miss going out with my Friends , meeting my relatives and spending time with them. However, I am going to do What I need to do in these Tough times.

The whole country was Locked down, with all the schools closed and people needing to maintain Social distance from one another when they are walking or Going to the Supermarkets. However, People started to wash Their Hands more often and they Generally became More Hygenic.

During Pandemic I’ve Been feeling Anxious, Angry, Frustrated & Sad without any reason. Sometimes i Feel like being alone & Sometimes I Have confrontations with my mother Over small Issues but I feel about them later. There are times When the death cases are Simultaneously Rising due to Which People start feeling distressed and They start feeling Anxious There are so Many Lives Gone by the Covid-19. Overthinking Negative things can be extremely Detrimental to one’s Mood. So It is important to the we keep ourselves constructively Engage in some Kind of work through the day, we need to stay Positive & Happy.
