Two polls of height 58 m and 10 m stand upright on the ground the distance between them bring 14 m find the length of the wire is stretched from the top of the poll to top of the another poll

Answers (1)

Heigth difference of the polls = 58-10 = 48 meters

Distance between the polls = 14 meters

Length of the wire between top of the polls = \sqrt{48^2 + 14^2} = \sqrt{2304+196}= 50 meters
