What is the basic structural difference between starch and cellulose?

Starch is a linear polymer of \alpha -D\: glucose having helical structure in which C1 of one glucose unit is attached to C of the other through \alpha -glycosidic linkage whereas cellulose is linear condensation polymer of \beta -D\:glucose in which there is \beta -D\:glycosidic linkage. 

OR

On complete hydrolysis of DNA, a pentose sugar, nitrogenous bases like Adenine, Guanine and Phosphoric acid are obtained.
