The Brewster angle (\theta _{p}) is given , 60^{\circ}.

The Brewster law states that the tangent of the polarizing angle of incident of a transparent medium is equal to the refractive index of the medium.

 \theta _{p}= Brewster's angle

 \tan \theta _{p}=\mu

 \because \tan 60^{\circ}={\mu}

 \mu =\sqrt{3},

Assuming the rarer medium as air.

Hence, the refractive index of the denser medium is \sqrt{3}.
