Who built Indian Parliament?

The Parliament of India is designed by British architects Sir Edwin Lutyens and Sir Herbert Baker from 1921 to 1927. It was opened as the Imperial legislative council. It was tsken over by Constituent Assembly and then by the Indian Parliament. Indian Parliament has two houses, upper house is Rajya Sabha and Lower house is Lok Sabha.
